Medium case: £10000 - £15000 + VAT @20%

Complex case: £15000 - £22000 + VAT @20%

• Allegations of discrimination which as linked to the dismissal

• Disbursements

• Counsels fees £1500 to £4000 + VAT at 20%

• and thereafter a daily rate of between £750 - £2000 + VAT at 20%
